For MPM Engineering Ltd. all applications are mission critical. At the heart of every application is the programmable logic controller (PLC). MPM staffs are familiar with all major types of programmable controllers. We will design process control systems using a customer's preferred name brand equipment. All systems are made using components produced by nationally known manufacturers.
Human Machine Interface (HMI)
No plant operation can be easily monitored or controlled without a window between the process and the operator. MPM Engineering Ltd. provides and design Human Machine Interface screens to allow our customers the interaction necessary to control operations, and receive information which may be vital to their decision making processes.
Operator's Cab
Our operator’s cabs are offered in standard sizes or can be custom designed. They are equipped with heating, air-conditioning, lighting and sound-proof insulation. Built-in programmable logic controllers, computer panels and split consoles are all pre-wired and tested prior to shipping to speed up field installation.
Panel Fabrication Shop
The shop has 3 phase power available to facilitate testing of MCCs and VFDs. The shop is CSA and UL certified. It is currently certified for systems up to a 2000 Amp service at 600 volts. All panels and electrical components are fully tested in our panel shop to help reduced on-site installation, and faster start-up time.
